The Resist and Assist Training™ Program allows the resisted and assisted training to take place in the same trial and records data for both outgoing resisted speed and return assisted speed.

The Resist and Assist Training™ Program is provided for setting both resist and assist forces and for recording the resisted and assisted speeds.  The swimmer swims out against the resist force at maximum speed.  He then makes the turn adjusts the towing point and in a few seconds the assist force is applied and the swimmer swims at maximum speed, returning to the start point.  When the swimmer reaches the start point, the meter values are locked and will be held along with SwimGraph data.   Values may be automatically stored to an Excel spread sheet for future analysis or record keeping and replayed at any time with the Read Resist and Assist Training™ Program.
